Hi Lovely,
This isn’t medical advice but drinking tea when you’re feeling a little congested, cold, or rundown can have you feeling put to rights quickly. Thyme and chamomile steeped in hot water together with a little bit of honey is just the thing for those days and nights, especially for the nights.
Now thyme, pronounced “time,” is excellent for the lungs and respiratory system (This isn’t medical advice so please go do your own research). Chamomile is great for relaxing your body and putting you in the mood for a healthy night’s sleep and/or calming you when you’re stressed or nervous (again, this isn’t medical advice so please go do your own research). Both these herbs brewed into a hot tea and mixed in your mug with a little bit of honey to your taste, preferably raw honey, will have you feeling soothed and nourished.
Dried or fresh Thyme and Chamomile both work, but dried is often easier to find. You can use already pre-packaged tea bags or use loose leaf tea steeped in a teapot. The steeping of loose leaf tea in a teapot, then pouring into a pretty mug is a delight to the senses in its own beautiful way (yes, this Love Note is for the coffee girls too).
Go ahead and give it a try once you’ve done your research and consulted with your experts. This tea is especially perfect for the those days of in-between weather where Nature can switch from cold to hot to cold to rain and wind in no time at all without allowing you a second to catch up.
So try it, then be sure to let us know how you like it.

Genesis 48:13-22
God has a particular method of operation that is often overlooked by mankind: the operation of making things right which doesn’t just restore what was lost, but adds blessings above and beyond that which was lost. For all Joseph suffered and lost, God did more than just making his dreams come true and his brethren bow down to him. Through Jacob’s blessing, God permanently elevated both Joseph and his sons above all of his brethren.
Did you know about God’s method of making things right for those who have been wronged? Using Joseph’s story as an example, can you imagine what it would look like when God takes some way you’ve been wronged and makes it right?
