We currently live in a world where bad news seems constant, worries abound, and it can seem hard to find happiness and joy in the daily mundane. If you're feeling this way lately, may this email be your reminder that praising God whether in prayer or in song can uplift our spirits and move mountains. If you can't seem to find the words to praise Him right now, you can let His Word do it for you.

Here's how: Turn to the book of Psalm, select your favorite chapter (Some good chapters for praise are Psalm 146-150), and read them out loud to yourself and most importantly to God. Just keep doing that as often and as much as you need, then turn on some music and dance.
